Strategic Plan: Unlocking Exceptional Promise
The Trinity College Strategic Plan: Unlocking Exceptional Promise was developed through a series of focused stakeholder consultations and was endorsed by the College Board on 29 August 2017.
The Strategic Plan outlines the future direction of the College and is guided by our Mission and Values. The Plan focuses on transformation at this stage in the life of the College, and sets the course for future success.
The Strategic Plan has five Strategic Priorities. Each Strategic Priority has clear alignment with the College’s overarching strategic purpose:
To be a vibrant, diverse community inspiring and enabling students of exceptional promise to imagine and achieve a better world.
OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES:
Increase diversity
Increase diversity and inclusion by providing students from different backgrounds, experiences and aspirations to access the Trinity experience.
Enhance offering
Enhance the student experience by providing a broader range of programs, and improve the quality of support.
Engage alumni
Cultivate ‘better world’ communities of interest amongst all alumni.
Embrace reconciliation
Expand existing initiatives and improve educational experiences and outcomes for Indigenous Australians.
Grow Scale
Provide mores students with access to Trinity’s transformative educational experience.
By 2020 the College will be providing world standard education to a greater number of future leaders across business, society and community.
