Our Young Leaders Program Scholarship for International Students
The Trinity College Young Leaders Program (YLP) Scholarship helps outstanding students who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity of tertiary education, to experience university life.
As Trinity College is committed to improving the educational outcomes of international students we are expanding our overall scholarship program, with the aim of providing 24 full scholarships across the YLP, Foundation Studies program and Residential College within the next five years.
To fund these scholarships, we rely on the generous support of donors, many who have seen the positive impact Trinity College has had on their children and friends, or even themselves, and wish to give back.
We hope you will consider donating to help us support students of exceptional promise from disadvantaged backgrounds.
On the path to a world-class education
Each year more than 300 students participate in this life-changing academic and residential program. Students live on campus at Trinity College and participate in lectures and workshops with like-minded young leaders from around the world. They’ll get a taste for life at Australia’s leading university, with the support structure of the University of Melbourne’s oldest residential college, Trinity College.

Your contribution to the Trinity College Young Leaders Program scholarship, no matter how big or small, can have a life-changing impact on an exceptional, and underprivileged, student from South East Asia or China. You can help students experience the best of Australia’s academic and residential life, while also allowing them to make new friends and giving them the confidence to change their community and the world.
