Juilliard Winter Jazz School at Trinity
From 4–9 July, Trinity welcomed teachers from the renowned Juilliard School for the second time to its winter school program. This year, 28 students from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United States were given the opportunity to participate in intensive workshops led by Carl Allen, Artistic Director of the Jazz Program at Juilliard.

Foundation Studies - Step Forward iPad launch
Trinity College Foundation Studies (TCFS) launched 'Step Forward' on August 23 2010 - an academic pilot program that aims to realise the potential of students and teachers by liberating creativity and critical inquiry. Its educational aims can be encapsulated in a single phrase: to go further, faster, and with more fun. Under this trial, the August Entry students of 2010 will pursue their education with iPads being used as an integral tool in their formal studies. Each student in this intake has been issued with an iPad.
